1. Agreement and licence
By using the SBI AI Trader platform in India you accept these Terms and applicable law; if you do not agree, please do not use the service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view site materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy or resell content, remove legal notices, mirror the site, reverse engineer our software except where law permits, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
2. Services, accounts, and fees
Digital investment services carry risk, including possible loss of capital; past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login details, and never share passwords. Where fees apply, you accept the pricing shown at the time of purchase; refunds follow our published policy or Indian law requirements.
3. Liability and third-party content
To the extent allowed by law, SBI AI Trader and its affiliates disclaim liability for direct or indirect loss (including data or trading losses) arising from use of the service. Site information may contain errors and can change without notice. External links are provided for convenience only; we do not control or endorse third-party websites.
4. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting changes; continued use means you accept the updated version. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
